Thomas Vossebuerger
Founder & Managing Director
Nexora was founded by Thomas Vossebuerger, a senior real estate and construction professional with extensive experience across project development, project management and construction delivery.
His professional background spans the full development lifecycle — from technical due diligence and acquisition assessment through project development, design and consultant coordination to contract and commercial management, construction management, handover and post-completion processes.
Previous leadership and project roles have included complex residential and commercial developments as well as international government projects, working with developers, investors, consultants, contractors and internationally recognised architectural practices.
Through Nexora, this experience is brought directly into client assignments — combining senior-level involvement with the flexibility of an independent advisory structure.
